Leni Lawatch

“LaneE” – this is how my name is pronounced.  I call myself a “self-trainer specialist” because that is what I am – just like you.  Self-training is my main area of interest. I am planning to compile examples of the many self-trainers I have designed and used – I will then be able to share, explain, and explore on this website or social media. For those interested in personal growth, from the inside out, this might be another avenue for you to explore.  Using the tools of awareness, appreciation, and accountability – we are able to see our own evolution and level of internal radiance. 

In 2018 I concluded a fulfilling career as a speech/language pathologist serving staff and students ages three to thirteen.  Within these past years I have worked many jobs – mainly in the restaurant industry, training staff and developing restaurant self-training materials.  With the development of my graphic/photographic skills came an ability and desire to share more of my insights.

Calendar 2021 photos – flower in arrangement on my work table; calendar back – beach at Corona del Mar; Inside trifold – Newport Beach pier; “Truth” background – tree bark during morning walk; green background - leaf; puzzle piece - found on the ground all alone in front of the local fire station; and flag sticker designed and produced 2017.  The “Melt” sticker is new this year; designed to remind me to let the energy flow – to release the blocks from head to toes.
